Being a busy, workin’ mommy, I like to have things around me that are functional and organized to simply help with the flow of life. That includes diaper bags that don’t swallow things whole, never to be seen again. I’ve actually had one of those up until recently, until I had the opportunity to test out a beautiful diaper bag from Ayla & Co.
Recently I got the wonderful opportunity to test out an Ayla Mini Bag, and it’s definitely a game-changer for so many reasons! Today I wanted to share my honest review so you can see if it’s the right bag for you too! Let’s get started!
First Impressions
I have the gorgeous Ayla Mini Bag in Ivory. When I first pulled it out of the nice duster bag it came in, I was in love at first sight. It’s a very sleek, stylish bag that I immediately wanted to put to use. The quality is all there and the hardware and stitching details are beautiful. It’s an all-around sturdy bag.
Taking a look inside, I quickly noticed that there are a lot of pockets and the whole interior lining comes out which I thought was so cool! There are a lot of different compartments and it’s very roomy for being considered a “mini” bag. It’s the mini version of the original Ayla bag. The mini bag measures 12 in x 10 in x 5 in which is the perfect size to me! Here is a link to the full size Ayla bag if you want to do a size comparison.
Favorite Features
Removable Inner Liner. I already mentioned that there is a removable inner liner and I think that’s genius because I know how messy any bag can get! Being able to shake it out or throw it in the wash on a gentle cycle is amazing! It’s such a quick solution to getting rid of any spills, stains and/or crumbs (let’s admit it, ALL those messes inevitably happen in diaper bags..).
Lots of Pockets. There is literally a pocket for everything in this mini bag. Multiple bottle holders, pouches, card/key holders, and plenty of other pouches! I love how organized you can be when using this bag. My favorite pouch is the card holder because it makes it easy to pull out your card instead of having to fish out your wallet.
Versatile Straps. One of my favorite things about this bag is that it easily transforms from a backpack to a messenger-style bag with just a simple pull of the straps. I love being able to switch it however I want!
Durable Vegan Leather. The scrubbable vegan leather exterior of the bag makes it all the more amazing! No having to worry about ruining the leather becuase you can scrub all you want and the faux leather holds up perfectly.
Final Thoughts
I truly think Ayla & Co. bags are totally worth it because they are so functional, high quality and just all around pretty! It’s nice having everything in place and therefore makes you feel like you can take on each day with a little more ease. The fact that the bag can transition so easily from a over the shoulder to a backpack is an awesome feature and also makes like a lot more easy. I highly recommend these bags for any parent looking to simplify their diaper bag. I love how their bags come in quite a few beautiful colors and their new mommy Ayla Fanny Packs are adorable!
