6 Things I Couldn’t live Without While Being Pregnant

Hey beauties! Being a brand new mama, I’ve come to realize a few things. There were quite a few essentials that I’ve found that made life a little more easy from early pregnancy to the days of being heavily pregnant. With that being said, I thought what a perfect time to share with all my fellow ladies some of my favorite essentials that I simply couldn’t live without while preggo!

Hope you enjoy and find this list useful for all my fellow pregnant or soon to be pregnant ladies out there!

Insulated Water Bottle

From the moment you find out you’re pregnant, its super important to stay hydrated. Although it may be hard, or the last thing you want to do to make your already cramped bladder even more uncomfortable, it’s good to keep up with water intake throughout the day. This Lilac HydroFlask is my go-to water bottle because it keeps water chilly all day long! Plus the color is just gorgeous!

I brought my insulated water bottle everywhere because having a reusable, insulated bottle made it easy to always have ice cold water on had at all times.

Memory Foam Pillow for Between the Legs

Once my belly started getting bigger around 18 weeks, I started getting leg cramps at night as well has really bad hip pain. All that extra weight presses on nerves and so of course you will feel a bit uncomfortable, especially at night time! One thing that worked wonders for me was a simple firm, memory foam pillow that I placed between my knee and upper leg area every night. I used this Milemont Memory Foam Pillow and it helped with hip and leg pain SO well!

I really liked the contoured shape of this pillow because it stays put all night long and is extremely cozy!

An Insanely Comfortable Bra

While your body is busy growing a tiny human inside your belly, other parts of your body grow as well! I found that my regular bras were getting little too snug, so I wanted to find a bra that was supportive, yet extremely comfortable. Luckily I found these True & Co. Bras (I even did a whole blog post about them because they are just that amazing, see the blog post here) and am just so obsessed with them!

I am super picky about comfortable bras and when I first tried on one of these bras, I immediately felt such a weight lift off my chest (pun intended) because these seamless bras make it feel like you aren’t wearing one! Thats every girls dream, right? Especially when you are pregnant and need all the comfortable things in life that you can get.

Let me tell you, it’s HARD putting shoes on when you simply can’t reach your feet. I lived in slip-on shoes my entire pregnancy because honestly tie-up shoes are completely a waste of time (and precious energy). I loved wearing simple Mule-style shoes because they are pretty, fashionable, comfortable and oh, so easy to put on! These are the shoes I lived in:
