Hey guys! With the Holidays coming upon us quite rapidly, I thought I would share a couple cute gift ideas for the new mom and baby. So as you may know, I’m a first-time mama to a darling 5-month-old who is just the sweetest! I can’t get enough of her and love how good she’s been sleeping for me! In my previous post about Swaddle Design’s products, I shared an amazing sleep swaddle that has honestly been a lifesaver these last couple of months. Well now that my baby is getting bigger, it has been time to transition her again from being swaddled at night, to a more “big-girl” sleep sack. The Transitional Swaddle Sack

They are made to help with the inevitable startle reflex that all babies have that can keep babies awake.
This adorable Transitional Swaddle Sack ($22) is designed to transition babies that are 3-6 month old who have been swaddled to help them be more hands free, especially when they start rolling over. They have just enough space for them to push up and roll back if they need while still keeping them feeling secure.
The RN who designed these definitely thought of everything because these swaddles have a nice two-way zipper for easy diaper changes, foldable cuffs that allow baby’s hands to be exposed, made of light cotton so that you can layer up baby underneath for extra warmth, have a designs that keeps baby’s hands up by their face for added comfort, and are hip healthy so that baby can more those legs freely.
There’s honestly so many good things about these adorable swaddles! I absolutely love the cute polka dot designs of this one. There are a bunch of other patterns which is so much fun! Muslin + Bamboo Blankets are A New Baby Must-Have
Again, if you saw my last post, you would see how much I adore these beautiful, lightweight blankets from Swaddle Designs.
