I know, I know, it’s been quite awhile since I’ve posted anything skin related. I have been super busy because I recently gave birth to my fist child and I am still getting the hang of #momlife! Besides being completely focused on my baby girl, whenever I get a few seconds to myself I find myself doing some self-care (which is SO important!) and have recently incorporated these new Pixi Beauty products into my skin care routine and wanted to share my thoughts with you guys! I love a good vitamin-c facial product, so I wanted to share my personal thoughts about each of these brand new products from Pixi’s new Vitamin-C collection! Let’s get started!
Vitamin-C Juice Cleanser
What it does: This cleansing water is packed with stable vitamin C and Ferulic acid which gives skin a potent dose of antioxidants and probiotics that help to preserve and protect skin.
Thoughts: After trying this out for the first time, I honestly wasn’t sure that it would feel like it cleansed my skin good enough, but to my surprise it felt amazing when I applied a little bit in the morning with a cotton pad. It immediately made my skin feel super refreshed and perfectly clean! I like that it’s optional to rinse off. I chose to rise it off, but that is my personal preference! Now it honestly doesn’t remove stubborn makeup so this is better to be used as an early morning cleanser instead of an evening cleanser just because it’s more gentle and not a deep-cleaning makeup remover. It’s still great though and makes my skin feel and look amazing!

Vitamin-C Tonic
What it does: Made to help exfoliate the skin and get any extra dirt and grime off, this toner is infused with powerfully effective ingredients like vitamin c, willow bark, and other fruit extracts that boost skin luminosity, fortify skin’s barrier, and promote healthy collagen production.
Thoughts: Now I LOVE Pixi’s other toners, so this was definitely a treat to get to try out! I definitely saw a huge difference in my skin the first time I tried this toner out. My skin felt extra clean and refreshed, and my pores looked a little smaller but without that tight feeling some other toners leave. I love this stuff and have definitely added it to my current skin care routine!

Vitamin-C Serum
What it does: This serum is brightening & antioxidant-rich as well and helps provides a boost of immediate and long term radiance
Thoughts: This whole vitamin-c collection smells absolutely amazing, especially this serum! I was expecting it to be oil based but it isn’t which makes me happy because almost any kind of oily serums make my skin break out because of the heaviness. Thankfully this serum is light and absorbs fairly quickly into the skin giving it a boost of hydration and softer skin. I really like it!!

Vitamin-C Lotion
What it does: A skin-brightening moisture lotion designed to boost skin’s luminosity.
Thoughts: This lotion probably has to be my favorite product from this collection because I can appreciate a great facial lotion that isn’t too heavy and doesn’t break me out whatsoever. It’s very light on the skin making it perfect for all skin types. It absorbs very quickly and makes my skin feel perfectly hydrated! This is usually where I stop when using all of these products because usually my skin doesn’t need any more hydration. But of course I do the next step when I could use a little extra hydration! But yea, this lotion is amazing and I highly recommend picking this up of you are on the fence about buying any of these products because I promise, this won’t disappoint!

Vitamin-C Caviar
What it does: An encaplusated vitamin mask to hydrate, boost collagen production, and leave skin with a healthy glow.
Thoughts: I use this mask about once a week because I don’t need any extra hydration too often. The cool thing about this mask is that you don’t have to rise it off. All you have to do is rub it in letting the encapsulated vitamins melt and absorb into the skin. I really like the moisture it gives the skin, but I only need that kind of hydration every once in awhile because I have combination skin. But if you have more dry skin than me, I suggest you give this a try because it gives skin the perfect amount of deep hydration without feeling like its too much for your skin to handle. Love this stuff!

Final Thoughts
I am just blown away at the power of these Pixi Beauty Vitamin-C products! They are fairly affordable and have completely transformed my skin for the better! I absolutely love how effective Pixi’s skincare lines are and will definitely be using up all of these products because they are just so good!!
