Gift Idea: Handmade Soap and Clay Mask from The Soap Market

Welcome to Shop with Kendallyn!

Not only is The Soap Market’s handmade soap perfect for nourishing the skin, it’s also perfect for giving as gifts or stocking stuffers to your loved ones this year! What an ideal way to give someone the gift of healthy, glowing skin!

These two products are some of my favorites from The Soap Market- The Honeysuckle Rose Coconut Milk Soap Bar and Nourish Clay Mask.

Honeysuckle Rose Coconut Milk Soap

When I first used this wonderful soap, I noticed it has a super sweet honey and rose scent that I LOVE! I also love the gentle, dreamy lather that it makes. It definitely has skin loving ingredients because my skin felt incredibly soft after I got out of the shower. Usually my skin feels a little itchy when I get out of the shower after my skin completely dries, but after using this soap, my legs felt soothed and not itchy at all.

This fresh, fragrant soap contains all vegan ingredients including organic coconut milk, organic olive oil, organic palm oil, coconut oil, apricot oil, camellia oil, castor oil, and mango butter. All of these ingredients work together to balance and condition skin, deeply cleanse, clear acne, relieve itching, and slow down the aging process.

The details of this soap are gorgeous. There are little speckles of shimmery gold mica powder that makes it look elegant and interesting!

Nourish Clay Mask

This is one of the four clay masks The Soap Market has. The other masks are called Clear, Glow, and Rejuvenate. My favorite thing about this clay mask is that it is formulated for all skin types so anyone can use it.

The Nourish Clay Mask contains pink kaolin clay, organic pineapple juice, guava fruit extract, green tea extract, sea buckthorn extract, and coconut milk. These ingredients all work together to nourish, moisturize, and gently exfoliate the skin. This Nourish Clay mask is $22.00 and worth every penny.

To use this mask, you simply mix 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon of the clay powder with a few drops of water, pure organic coconut oil, or hydrosol to the desired consistency, apply it to the face, wait for it to dry and gently wash it off. I simply used water.PicMonkey Collageedited

I mixed the powder to a thick glue-like consistency and applied it to my face with an old foundation brush. The first thing I noticed is that it didn’t sting my face like some other facial masks do.

After taking a few silly selfies on Snap Chat and checking my Twitter for a few minutes, the mask was completely dry. I simply took a cloth facial pad and gently washed the mask off with warm water. My skin immediately felt very soft and clean. I love that this mask is very gentle and perfect if you have sensitive skin like I do.
