Hey! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared some beauty favorites with you, but recently I got the opportunity to try some skin care goodies, and wanted to share what I thought of them.
I wanted to share a quick list of some of some skin care products because they really are SO GOOD! Plus, since it’s February, it’s the perfect theme for ~Falling in Love~, but with skincare!
The following are some skin care products that I’ve been using and here are my honest thought! I hope you ~fall in love~ with some of these too after seeing why I like them!
Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Body + Face Exfoliators
One thing I’ve learned is that doing a good scrub ever so often helps so much with keeping skin looking fresh and glowing. Dr. Brandt’s award-winning skin care has a line of microdermabrasion products that effectively, yet gently exfoliates creating healthy and happy-looking skin for your whole body.
The Dr. Brandt Hydrating Body Exfoliator has some amazing ingredients that are inspired by (expensive) in-office microdermabrasion sessions. Packed with effective, yet gentle exfoliating crystals, this stuff does an amazing job at buffing off dead skin when your skin is dull, leaving it silky and glowy.
The Dr. Brandt Gentle Microdermabrasion Face Exfoliator is different in the way that it has finer crystals that make it gently, yet effective of removing dry skin on the face.
My Thoughts: So I’ve been using both of the Dr. Brandt Exfoliators a couple times a week lately, and let me tell you, my skin has been a lot more soft and smooth, when usually this time of year it’s SUPER dull. After using more than once, I noticed that my skin stays softer a lot longer. I honestly recommend giving them a try if you tend to have super dry skin this time of year.
My next product I want to try from Dr. Brandt is their Microdermabrasion Lip Exfoliator. Need to add that to my cart ASAP!
Lavanila Perfume Three Wishes Roller-Ball Set
Lavanila is a brand that says it’s “The Healthy Fragrance”. They dub themselves that because they take pride in only using healthy, high-quality, and skin-loving ingredients. Of course, they also have real Madagascar vanilla featured as the star of the show in all of their fragrances too!
My Thoughts: I’ve actually been a fan and user of Lavanila fragrances for quite a few years now! I have The Healthy Fragrance Vanilla Grapefruit Perfume sitting on my vanity and absolutely love it! It’s nice to now have a rollerball version of it that I can take with me in my purse.
The Lavanila Three Wishes Roller-Ball Set has Vanilla Grapefruit, Vanilla Coconut, and Pure Vanilla. Each perfume smells so beautiful in their own unique way. I love each one because they are vanilla-based, but each one has a different, distinct scent from bright grapefruit to creamy coconut. I always get compliments when I wear each one. My favorite out of this trio is the Vanilla Coconut!

ATWATER Lip Armor Moisturizing Lip Balm
It’s kinda embarrassing how addicted I am to lip balms, but I just can’t ever have enough of them on-hand. My newest favorite lip product is this ATWATER Lip Armor. I’ve tried soooo many different lip products in the past and this one definitely beats them all.
ATWATER Lip Armor is simply made for hydrating, and repairing dry, chapped lips. It only contains good ingredients like rosa gallica botanical extract, shea butter, and vitamin E, which thoroughly soften lips.
Thoughts: I truly appreciate that this lip balm hydrates and does it’s job. It doesn’t contain added junk that end up drying out your lips like some leading brands do. I also appreciate that it doesn’t even have much of a shine. It’s just a serious brand made to help and I love that!
