Being a lover of all products related to beauty, I especially like to try out organic brands because who wouldn’t like to make their beauty routines a little more healthier? With that being said, I recently got to try out some products from The Organic Skin Co. and wanted to share my honest thoughts on some of their organic beauty products!

Nitty Gritty Almond Seed Exfoliant 
I like to exfoliate my skin 1-2 times per week to get rid of any dead skin buildup, so I was excited to try out this Almond Seed Exfoliant! Made with almond seeds, Licorice Root, and skin-loving shea butter to name a few, this scrub is designed to gently get rid of dry skin without being abrasive on the skin.
I’ve used this scrub a couple of times now and have to say that I really like it! It definitely does get rid of any dead skin and makes my skin look extra squeaky clean after each time I use it. I would definitely recommend this scrub to people who are looking for a healthier facial scrub that’s gentle, natural, and very effective!

The Good Oil Honeysuckle and Turmeric Face Oil
Sometimes I’m scared to apply oil to my face in fear of breaking out, but after cautiously massaging a tiny drop into my skin for the last few evenings, I found that this oil has made my skin feel so soft and supple- without a breakout in sight! It contains jojoba, almond, apricot, sunflower, honeysuckle, and turmeric, all ingredients that work together to hydrate, nourish, and minimize irritation.
After using it for a few days, so far it’s been great! I like that it absorbs quickly into the skin and has a super light scent. It’s definitely a good facial oil to try out, because it’s gentle enough on all skin types.

In The Spotlight Body Luminizer
This shimmery Spotlight Body Luminizer has got to be my favorite product from The Organic Skin Co. that I’ve tried so far because it’s so beautiful and makes your skin have a gorgeous glow wherever you put it!
After giving it a few tries, I’ve found that this luminizer has many different ways that it can be used. It can be used over or under makeup, on the lips to add some dimension, and literally anywhere that you want to highlight including collar bones, arms and legs. It’s seriously amazing!

Cheeky Lips Pod
Along with the luminizer, this lip and cheek pod is also one of my favorites, especially because it has multiple uses. I received the shade “First Blush” which is the perfect rosy color for all skin colors. It honestly looks so good on your cheeks and blends into the skin so nicely!
When I first tried this for the first time on my lips, I was honestly a little afraid because my lips are SO sensitive, like they crack and bleed if I try a new product that contains ingredients that I’m allergic to. I still haven’t been able to pin point the exact ingredient that been irritating my lips yet, but I definitely know that this lip and cheek product feels amazing on my skin and doesn’t irritate it.

Final Thoughts
Overall, after trying out these products, I really love them so far and will definitely be using them in my daily routine, especially the Luminizer and Almond Exfoliant! Besides the great ingredients, and high quality formulas, can we talk about the packaging really quick?! I love the bamboo lids and the beautiful, more minimal packaging. So cute!!
