Okay all of you glitter-loving beauties out there, if you haven’t seen the new Model’s Own Celestial Makeup Collection, then you’re in for a treat! If you saw my Instagram Story a couple of weeks ago, you would know that I got the opportunity to try out some of their new unicorn-inspired makeup products, which I was so excited to play around with and share my thoughts with you guys! I usually am one to always go for neutral makeup looks, so I thought it would be fun to add a pop of color to some makeup looks and show you guys what I came up with!
First thing, here are the products I received:
Celestial Enchanted Eyeshadow Pallet
This shimmery pallet is filled with bright, girly hues which seem to come straight out of a fairy tale. When I first laid eyes on the pallet, I was a little intimidated because I am known to stick to very neutral shades. But I figured that this pallet is absolutely PERFECT for creating cool looks with a pop of color. It’s fun to play around and come out of your makeup comfort zone, because after all, it’s just makeup that washes off at the end of the day!
Here’s a look I created using the Celestial Eye Shadow Pallet:
I completely went out of my comfort zone with this colorful makeup look, but ended up loving it because it made my brown eyes pop and wasn’t too bright for me. I’m super impressed with the quality of these eye shadows and am excited to come up with more colorful makeup looks!

Barely There Eye Shadow Pallet
Now this makeup pallet basically screams my name. It’s not every day that a makeup pallet comes with EVERY single shade that you will actually use on a daily basis! Complete with both shimmery and matte eye shadows, it makes it super easy to create beautiful “Barely There” makeup looks with a touch of shimmer! I am way too excited about this pallet! I love how pigmented and blendable these eye shadows are!
Here’s my go-to look using the Barely There pallet:
I usually wear my eye shadow like this on a daily basis. I like it mostly neutral, blended out and a lightly defined eyeliner. I rarely ever use false lashes because they are just too much of a hassle to put on every day. The more neutral, the better! That’s why I love ALL of the beautiful eye shadow shades in the Barely There Pallet!

Celestial Chrome Lip Toppers
These Chrome Lip Toppers are absolutely mesmerizing with their multi-dimensional flickers of shimmer when swiped across natural lips or on top of a lipstick of your choice. I like that you can create so many looks combining these with different shades of lipstick.
Here’s how the “Rose Comet” and “Stardust” Lip Toppers look combined on top of Model’s Own Lix Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade “Purple Mint”. Here’s the before and after:
I absolutely love to multidimensional, artsy look of the different flecks of shimmer that twinkle in the light.

Celestial Lip Glitter Kits
Now these Lip Glitter Kits were super fun to play around! This unique lip glitter is fun whether you are wanting to rock glitter lips at a festival or feeling bold enough to wear blinding lips out on the town. I, personally probably wouldn’t wear glitter lips out anywhere besides maybe on Halloween or at a party, but that’s just me! I might just be a fairy for Halloween this year after trying out glitter lips!
Here’s my attempt at glitter lips using the “Rose Meteor” Lip Glitter Kit:
I actually loved the look of “Rose Meteor” without any lip color underneath because it actually looked pretty subtle compared to the bright pink “Cerise Star” and white “Moon Dust” hues. These glitter kits were super easy to apply. Each glitter kit comes with a lip brush and special glitter adhesive that keeps every speck of glitter in place. Such a unique look to rock!
