Hey guys! Are you as makeup-obsessed as I am? If you are, have you ever been curious as to what kind of makeup different people use? I know I always am! Well today I thought I would share with you what I have in my personal makeup bag for anyone who is curious out there! All of these products listed below are my makeup essentials for every day makeup and my current favorites this Spring. Let’s take a peek!
Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Foundation, $40
Urban Decay’s Naked Foundation is one of my absolute favorites because it seriously feels like you aren’t wearing any makeup. I wear “0.5” which is the lightest shade. I’m in love this foundation because it can be used on all skin types and blends effortlessly into the skin leaving it looking flawless and glowing.
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, $30
Now this is seriously my go-to, every day concealer. What’s so great about it is that it brightens my under eye area, and blends in perfectly all while feeling super lightweight. One of my favorite things about it is that it’s not greasy so it doesn’t settle into lines and seriously stays put all day long. I honestly label it the “Holy Grail” of all concealers!
Anastasia Cream Contour Kit, $40
When I feel that my face needs a little extra color and dimension (which is like every day), I like to use the Anastasia Contour Cream Kit. The fair-skinned pallet has all the shades I need to create a natural looking contour.
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder, $38
I’m also going to label this the “Holy Grail”, but of setting powders! The Laura Mercier setting powder perfectly blurs and keeps my makeup in place ALL day long! I’m seriously obsessed!
Being someone who is basically allergic to all kinds of lip products, I can happily say that ColourPop’s Ultra Matte Lip colors don’t cause irritation whatsoever. My current favorite shade is “Trap“. I am a little too obsessed with ColourPops’s Ultra Matte Liquid Lip Sticks.
Anastasia Brow Powder Duo , $23
Anastasia’s Brow Duo is a must for me! Having naturally sparse, crazy eyebrows, I use this probably the most out of all the makeup I have (that’s why I’m not showing you the inside because it’s almost gone, hehe!). I use the “Medium Brown” shades and they match perfectly with my eyebrows!
Benefit 24-HR Brow Setting Gel, $24
Again, since I have sparse, but long eyebrow hairs, I absolutely HAVE to use a brow setting gel to keep those suckers in place. Out of all the brow setting gels I’ve used in the past, this has to be my favorite so far! It seriously plasters downs any stray eyebrow hairs and keeps that in place all day long.
Maybelline Lash Discovery Mascara, $7.99
Now this probably isn’t a super “well known” mascara, but I’ve been using it for years and it’s always been my number one choice of mascara. The thing that sets it apart from any other mascaras I’ve tried out in the past is that it has a small wand that reaches every single lash without clumping or getting all over your eyelids likes some jumbo mascaras seem to inevitably do.
Mally Effortlessly Airbrushed Blush & Highlighter, $35
Now this little blush and highlighter set is one of the newest additions to my makeup bag. I was looking for a highlighter and blush, and I’m so glad I came across this set because they didn’t disappoint! The blush in the shade “Pretty Pink” is the perfect shade for my light complexion and is super breedable, and the highlighter in the shade “Stardust” has the perfect amount of shimmer.
Models Own Vintage Rose Eyeshadow Pallete, $18
Another newer addition to my makeup bag is this stunning Vintage Rose eye shadow pallet from Models Own. Models Own is a brand from the UK that has made its way to Ulta stores, so of course I had to try it out! I fell in love with all the pretty colors and they go perfectly with my skin tone. My favorite shades to use are Harvest, Rosebud, Lace, and Cameo. The Vintage Rose pallet is definitely a keeper, especial because it’s so affordable.
That’s just about it! Thanks for visiting! I hope you liked taking a peek into my spring edition makeup bag!
