Today I wanted to review and share Don’t Quit Your Day Dream: 20 Hand-drawn Cards to Tear, Color and Share book by Bethany Robertson.
Coloring is definitely not just for kids.
If you’re into crafts, doodling, scrapbooking, or just an all around artsy person, you will love this book! Don’t quit your Day Dream is a book that is filled with 20 pages of beautiful, sophisticated, and whimsical cards that you can tear out, color, and share with your friends. Most of the 20 cards have a cute inspirational thought on them. Everything about this book is creative and amazing. I was very impressed with all the aspects of this book from the presentation to the quality of the paper.
I love that each card has a unique illustration on it along with a place to write a special note on the back.
I noticed the texture of each card is very smooth and thick so you can use many different types of mediums on them and also send them as a post card if desired. You can even frame them, which is what I’m going to do with some of them! I used colored pencils and was very happy with the finished look. Here are a few of the stunning designs I brought to life!
Coloring is a great way to be creative and pass time. It’s also nice to have extra cards on hand if you forgot to get one! I definitely recommend this book to everyone who loves and appreciates art. Can be a perfect gift for them too!
